my bro has a facebook... i'm thinking of getting one when i go to college in aug. 08...cuz he's 24 and he thinks of me as his little sis. so if he finds i have a facebook he might freak...but if i wait i think he wont tell my 'rents...
what do you think i should do?

facebook is extremely private as long as you put the settings that way. I also use my middle name as my last name instead so it's hard for people to find me unless they know my email or are friends with one of my friends.
I think if you're going off to college you're old enough to have a facebook....
Reply:you are going to be living on your own. do what you want and take responsibility for it.
Reply:well your old enough to get it, you only have to be in high school (11) in the UK, so it shouldnt be that bigger deal. Just get it because many people at university or college can use it to keep in touch with people and meet friends at ur college. Just be careful. Its also great for keeping in touch with old friends and long lost relatives.
