Whats so great about facebook?

ok i am only 14 and i have a myspace...but my older cuzins r like facebook is so much better....(i dont want one)....so what exactly is it??...i mean dont u hav to b in like college to have one?

Whats so great about facebook?
The one GREAT thing about Facebook, is it's easy to share your photos. So, say a group of you go out, and instead of having to tell everyone to send you the pics, on Facebook, each person loads them up to their page. Then they "tag" other people that are in the photo. Once someone is "tagged" it goes on their page, then they have the option of keeping it or deleting it.


One of my friends STILL hasn't sent me pictures from St. Patricks Day (she doesn't have a facebook) but I got the ones my other friend took, cause she put them up on facebook.


Sorry about the rant, but yeah, myspace is better except for that.

No, you don't have to be in college to have an account.

I'm 15 and in a high school network on facebook, but I still think myspace is better in means of customization.

It's like Friendster, MySpace, and Facebook but incredibly addictive.

I used to like it when it was restricted to people in college. It was great because it was almost like a yearbook (as corny as it may sound). You'd see pics of everyone's drunken nights, bar hopping and just normal college junk like that

Reply:If you are 14 you will probably like Myspace better. I am 41 and like Facebook better. For the very reasons that others have complained about Facebook are the reason I like it. I would rather have facebook because it has a cleaner look. It is standardized and best of all it does not have music on the pages. My kids love music on the pages.





This being said, it is just an opinion. People are different and like different things. If you ask ten people what is the best, you will get ten answers.





The answer is what ever you like. Try both and make your decision based on what you like. I hope that helps.
Reply:facebook is better because when you are in college you do not have time to keep changing your myspace layout all the time and changing your song. I know that you dont have to change it but after having it for a while you get sick of it!! Facebook you do not have to worry about that. People will come to your page to say hi just because they have something to say, not to leave stupid chain comments and stupid graphics on your page. Also you can tag people on it which is pretty cool. And you do not have to worry about stupid hackers adn dumb advertisements everywhere =]
Reply:it's mostly for high school and college students...you don't have to be though, but it's to keep in contact with other students. i'm kind of bored of it now, all you do is write messages on your friends profiles, join groups, and upload a bunch of photos and that's pretty much it...there's a few cool different features on it which i've never seen on any other site though.

nothing is special about it in my opinion. it's pretty boring actually. you can't do anything with it like customize your profile. all you can do is put text on your page. pretty ghey if you ask me.


don't get one, myspace is alot better.
