Ive read some of the answers to your question and actually the answer is quite simple , it does not require it tobe yahoo or any particular one,just use your normal email address, bt,karoo,hotmail,aol,etc, only requirement is that it is a valid email that you can access,sign up and away you go

just use yahoo, you must have a yahoo email address to use this site!!

Reply:You no longer need a college/school email to sign up for Facebook. If you go to the main page, it now says "Everyone can use facebook." Go ahead and sign up with a normal email address.
Reply:It doesn't matter - u can join a regional network like London or no network at all, as long as u have an email address.
