We have (in theory) established that any person on Earth can get to any other person through 6 friends. Give me an example when this would be impossible. Who might I not get to through 6 degrees of separation. In essence in this case the theory could not work (an exception if you like)!
I'll try again. Ok..6 degrees of separation? Can you site an example when this theory would fail?
